The US Open schedule features two weeks of action and excitement, and this year’s tournament will feature a number of intriguing matchups. A new format with an expanded 15-day schedule gives fans more opportunities to watch matches and allows players to enjoy more rest between rounds. It also means that over 70,000 more tickets are available than in past years.
The 2025 edition of the US Open takes place in Flushing Meadows, Queens, from Aug. 28 through Sept. 7. The tournament is the fourth and final Grand Slam tennis event of the season, following the Australian Open, French Open, and Wimbledon. It is the oldest of the four major tournaments in the sport, having been first played in August 1881.
